  4. USAGE: Used to provide security to sensitive data.

  6.        If a document, the user will be prompted for the password before 
  7.        DMS will process the user's request for the item (i.e. before viewing,
  8.        or running the associated application).

  10.        If a folder, the password will be required before any maintenance is
  11.        allowed on the folder's items.  Readers will not need to know folder's
  12.        passwords - only individual items.
